forth in said will and codicils thereto, of seven thousand five
hundred ($7,500.00) dollars to the Trustees of North Baltimore
Station Methodist Protestant Church of Baltimore City; (b) to
the legacy and bequest in remainder upon the death of Ella
Bruff, as set forth in said will and codicils thereto, of one thou-
sand, two hundred and fifty ($1,250.00) dollars to the Super-
annuated Fund Society of the Maryland Annual Conference;
(c) to the legacy and bequest in remainder upon the death of
Ella Bruff as set forth in said will and codicils thereto of one
thousand two hundred and fifty ($1,250.00) dollars to the Home
of the Aged of the Methodist Protestant Church; (d) to the
bequest of the residue and remainder of said Testatrix's estate
as set forth in said will and codicils thereto to the Superannu-
ated Fund Society of the Maryland Annual Conference and to
to the Home for the Aged of the Methodist Protestant Church.

(44) To the deed or assignment to the Trustees of the Madi-
son Square Centenary Methodist Episcopal Church in the City
of Baltimore from the Trustees of the Methodist Episcopal
Church in the North Baltimore Station in the City of Baltimore,
dated May 30, 1876, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber GR No. 742, folio 91, etc.

(45) To the sale, grant and deed of Maria L. Parsons, widow,
and Harriet E. Cutler, widow, to the Trustees of the Madison
Square Centenary Methodist Episcopal Church in the City of
Baltimore, of the lot of ground located in Baltimore City and
more particularly described in said deed, which is dated June
29th, 1891, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
City in Liber J. B. No. 1361, folio 85, etc.

(46) To the devise of property No. 257 North Schroeder
Street, Baltimore City, to the Evangelical Lutheran Association
of the Augsburg Home for Orphans and the Aged of Baltimore
City, as contained in the last will and testament of Dorothea
Schade, late of Baltimore City, deceased; and to the bequest of
the sum of two hundred dollars to the German Evangelical
Lutheran St. Paul Congregation of the Unaltered Augsburg
Confession of Baltimore City, as contained in said last will and
testament of said Dorothea Schade, deceased.

(47) To the gift and bequest of the sum of five hundred
dollars to J. M. Arringdale, A. W. Nichols, J. T. Jump, W.
Mason, T. F. Meeds, John E. Cole, Charles Leager,. George A.
Dever and Augustus Fleetwood, of Queen Anne's County, Mary-
land, and the survivor or survivors of them, in trust, to receive
