Henry Hirst to the American Board of Foreign Missions of

(37) To the Deeds from James B. Moore-Bristor to the
Woman's Foreign Missionary Society of the Presbyterian
Church of Philadelphia, a body corporate, dated November
29th, 1911, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City in Liber SCL N. 2703, folio 337, etc., and February
20th, 1914, and recorded among the Land Records as aforesaid
in Liber SCL No. 2880, folio 406, etc.
(38) To the bequests as contained in the last will and testa-
ment of Drusilla T. Close, late of Baltimore City, deceased, pro-
bated in the Orphans' Court of Baltimore City and of record
in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills
Liber HWJ No. 113, folio 578, etc., dated October 8th, 1912, to
the Babcock Memorial Presbyterian Church of Baltimore City,
the sum of $503.16; recommended that said sum be paid to the
Woman's Foreign Missionary Society connected with
Church.
(39) To the following gifts and bequests as contained in the
last will and testament of John R. Tubman, late of Dorchester
County, State of Maryland, said will being of record in the
office of the Register of Wills of Dorchester County; (a) to the
bequest of the remaining four thousand ($4,000.00) dollars to
the Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Wilmington, Dela-
ware, in trust, the same to be safely invested and the profits
