117, folio 361, etc., for the use and benefit of certain religious
corporations, denominations or sects as therein set forth: (a)
To the bequest of one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars to the Dea-
coness Board of the General Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran
Church in the United States of America, through St. Mark's
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City; (b) To the
bequest of one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars to the Woman's
Home and Foreign Missionary Society of the General Synod
of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States,
through St. Mark's Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, to
endow a bed in the hospital in India in memory of the testatrix's
mother, to be known as '' The Mary Woodworth Memorial Bed;''
(c) To the bequest of fifteen hundred ($1,500.00) dollars to
the Board of Foreign Missions of the General Synod of the
Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States of America,
through St. Mark's English Lutheran Church of Baltimore, of
which five hundred dollars is for the African Mission and one
thousand dollars is to be invested and the interest or income
to be used for the support of a Catechist or Sub-Catechist in
India; (d) To the bequest of one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars
to the Board of Home Missions of the General Synod of the
Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States, through St.
Mark's English Lutheran Church of Baltimore.

(16) That the sanction and consent is hereby given and
granted to the Associated Professors of Loyola College in the
City of Baltimore, to certain deeds made by sundry persons, to-
wit: Assignment from Joseph L. Brent dated February 16th,
1891, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City,
in Liber JB 1359, folio 143, etc., and deed from Gabriel D.
Clark and wife, dated November 16th, 1891, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber JB, folio 78, etc.,
and assignment from Lydia Valiant, dated October 30th, 1891,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber JB 1366, folio 202, etc., and deed from Charles J. Bona-
parte and wife, dated December 15th, 1891, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber JB 1372,
folio 394, etc., and deed from Gabriel D. Clark, Jr., dated
November 2nd, 1891, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore City in Liber JB 1366, folio 518, etc., and deed
from Gabriel D. Clark et al., dated November 4th, 1891, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
JB 1366, folio 399, etc., and deed from Gabriel D. Clark and
wife, dated November 4th, 1891, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber JB 1366, folio 303, etc.
