1494 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

(11) To the gift and devise under the last will and testa-
ment of John Thorne, deceased, late of Baltimore City, to the
Trustees of the Old School or Primitive Baptist Church of
Baltimore City, said will being of record in the Register of
Wills office of Baltimore City, in Wills Liber BE S No. 96,
folio 111, etc.

(12) That leave and sanction is hereby given to the acquisi-
tion by the "The Shiloh Baptist Church, incorporated, of Bal-
timore City and State of Maryland," a body corporate, duly
incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland, of the
following property, to-wit: The leasehold interest in and to
a lot of ground on the northwest corner of Clinton Avenue
and George Street, subject to an annual ground rent of two
hundred and sixty ($260.00) dollars, and particularly de-
scribed in a deed from Louis G. Meyer and Louisa Meyer, his
wife, to Whit W. Allen, bearing date the third of May, 1906,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in
Liber R. O. No. 2232, folio 243, etc.

(13) To the bequest of one hundred ($100.00) dollars to
the present Trustees of the Mountain View Cemetery Company
of Union Bridge, Carroll County, Maryland, as set forth in the
will of Nathan A. Englar, late of the State of Maryland, de-
ceased, and recorded in Wills Record WBC No. 2, folio 53, in
the office of the Register of Wills of Frederick County, Mary-
land, for the use and benefit of said Mountain View Cemetery.

(14) To the following sundry gifts and devises under the
last will and testament of Lydia E. Brubaker, late of Union-
town, Carroll County, Maryland, deceased, said will being duly
recorded among the Wills Records of Carroll County:

(a) To the bequest of one hundred ($100.00) dollars to the
Board of Trustees of the Aged Peoples Home of the Methodist
Protestant Church in Westminster, Maryland (less five per
cent, collateral tax for the State of Maryland) ; (b) To the be-
quest of one hundred ($100.00) dollars to the Board of Trus-
tees of the Maryland Conference Church Extension Society of
the Methodist Protestant Church (less five per cent, collateral
tax for the State of Maryland).

(15) To the following bequests and devises contained in
the last will and testament of Anna Woodworth, late of Balti-
more City, deceased, said will being of record in the office of
the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in Liber HWJ No.
