Church, incorporated by the Legislature of the State of New
York.

(6) To the gift and bequest of one hundred ($100.00) dol-
lars to the present Trustees of the Westminster Cemetery Com-
pany, of Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland, as set forth
in the will and codicil of Margaret M. Mackley, deceased, late
of the State of Maryland, said will being of record in Liber
WA No. 11, of the Wills Records of Carroll County, for the
use and benefit of said Westminster Cemetery Company.

(7) To the gifts, bequests and devises under the last will
and testament of Lemuel B. Clark, deceased, late of Howard
County, to the St. Joseph's Seminary of Baltimore City. Said
will being dated December 11th, 1912.

(8) To the following gifts, bequests and devises contained
in the last will and testament of William M. Fletcher, late of
Dorchester County, deceased, to and for the use and benefit of
the religious corporations hereinafter set forth:

(a) To the bequest of one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars to
the Trustees of Zion Chapel in Cambridge, a body corporate,
under the laws of the State of Maryland; (b) to the bequest
of five hundred ($500.00) dollars to the Trustees of Saint
Paul's Methodist Protestant Church of Cambridge, Maryland,
a body corporate under the laws of the State of Maryland; (c)
to the bequest of five hundred ($500.00) dollars to the Vestry
of Great Choptank Parish of Cambridge, Maryland, a body
corporate under the laws of the State of Maryland, as con-
tained in said will of William M. Fletcher, deceased, and of
record in the Register of Wills office of Dorchester County in
Liber RPS No. 1, folio 500, etc.

(9) To the bequest of Sallie L. Bowen, deceased, of three
thousand ($3,000.00) dollars to the Trustees of Bowen Metho-
dist Episcopal Church of Newark, Maryland, by her last Will
and testament dated the 16th day of December, A. D. 1913,
and duly probated by the Orphans' Court of Worcester County.

(10) To the deed and conveyance from John Thorne, Trus-
tee, to Ebenezer Old School Baptist Church of Baltimore City,
a body corporate, dated the 26th day of January, A. D. 1899,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City, in
Liber RO No. 1771, folio 351, etc., and to the holding of said
lot of ground and premises by the said corporate with full and
complete powers to encumber or dispose of the same.
