County, along the same line as this work is or may be conducted
by the United States Department of Agriculture, and may con-
duct such work jointly in Dorchester County with the agents
and representatives of the United States Department of Agri-
culture, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon
between the agent of the Department of Agriculture of the
United States and the Board of County Commissioners of Dor-
chester County.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 116.
AN ACT to repeal Section 343 and Section 358 of Article 16 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgom-
ery County," sub-title "Kensington," as enacted by Chapter
790 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1912,
and to re-enact the same with amendments; and to add a new
Section to said Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Montgomery County," sub-title "Kensing-
ton," as amended, the said Section to be known as Section
366-A of the said Chapter 790 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 343 and Section 358 of Article 16 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery County,"
sub-title "Kensington," as enacted by Chapter 790 of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1912, be and the same
are hereby repealed and re-enacted as hereinafter set forth;
that a new Section be added to said Article 16 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Montgomery County,"
sub-title "Kensington," as amended, the said Section to be
known as Section 366-A of the said Chapter 790 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1912.
SEC. 343. The boundaries of said town shall be as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the middle line of Perry Ave-
nue and the boundary line between North Kensington and Gar-
rett Park, and running thence along the line between North
Kensington and Garrett Park to the line of Ken Gar; thence
along the boundary between Ken Gar and North Kensington;
