1464 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

the fund, it shall be turned over to the Treasurer of Maryland
for the account of the State Industrial Accident Fund, but if
there be a deficit in said fund at the time this Act takes effect
as between employers and employes, the payments provided for
under Chapter 153 of the Acts of 1910 as amended by Chapter
445 of the Acts of 1912 shall be continued by the employer
and employes of Allegany and Garrett Counties to the Treas-
urers of said Counties until such pending claims are paid, when
said payments shall cease.

SEC. 65. And be it further enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Acts of 1902, Chapter 139, and the Acts
of 1912, Chapter 837, be and the same are hereby repealed;
and that all Acts or parts of Acts in conflict with this Act are
hereby repealed to the extent that they conflict with this Act
and no further.

SEC. 66. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage, but that its application as
between employers and employes shall date from and include
the first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and four-
teen.

CHAPTER 801.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 278 to
286, both inclusive, of Article 17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title "Prince George's County," as the same were en-
acted by Chapter 90 of the Acts of Assembly of 1910, pro-
viding a sj'stem of Free Public Roads and Bridges in Prince
George's County, Maryland, defining the duties of the Board
of County Commissioners of said County in relation thereto,
including the levy and expenditure of a Road Fund, creating
a Board of Road Directors, defining their duties, providing
for the payment of funds and surrender of road equipment,
stock and machinery by the Board of Road Directors created
by said Chapter 90 of the Acts of 1910, and providing for the
redemption and cancellation of the bonds authorized and
issued under the provisions of said Chapter 90 of the Acts
of 1910.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 278 to 286, both inclusive, of Article 17
