assistance, thereby entailing a great saving to the people at
large-
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Dorchester County,
be and he is hereby authorized to re-index the Judgment Rec-
ords of Dorchester County, from the first day of January, one
thousand nine hundred and two, up to and including said
records of the year one thousand nine hundred and fourteen,
and Judgment Records in the future; and that the County
Commissioners of Dorchester County be and they are hereby
required to appropriate for the use of the said Clerk for such
indexing purposes, the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00),
or as much thereof as may be necessary each year for the years
one thousand nine hundred and fourteen and one thousand
nine hundred and fifteen, but no more than three hundred dol-
lars ($300.00) is to be appropriated out of the levy of any one
year therefor.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 772.
AN ACT to repeal Section 164 of Article 10 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County," sub-
title "Fences," so far as it applies to what is called "Upper
Hooper's Island," or that part of Election District No. 6,
which lies between Fishing Creek and the Creek separating
the Upper Island from the Middle Island.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 164 of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Dorchester County," sub-title
"Fences," so far as it applies to what is called "Upper Hoop-
er's Island," or that part of Election District No. 6 of said
county which lies between Fishing Creek on the north and the
Creek separating the Upper Island from the Middle Island on
the south, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from and, after July 1st, 1914.
