by Chapter 365 of the Acts of 1910, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 97-B of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Talbot County," sub-title "Eas-
ton," as passed by the General Assembly of Maryland at the
January Session of 1906, Chapter 458, as amended by Chapter
365 of the Acts of 1910, be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:
97-B. The town clerk shall make out and submit to
the Mayor and Council on April 1st of each and every year, his
annual statement with an accurate, itemized account showing
the receipts and disbursements for the fiscal year, which shall be
published in connection with the Mayor's annual report. Also,
at each monthly meeting of the Council and as often as required
by them, he shall submit a statement of all operating expenses
and all money received and disbursed during the preceding
month, and showing the balance on hand in each of the several
funds; and a like statement to the Mayor whenever requested
by him.
The books of the town clerk shall be examined by a committee
of the Council in January and July in each year, and in the
month of April in each year a full audit of his annual report,
vouchers and all books and papers relating to the duties of his
office shall be made and reported upon, in writing, by some
competent accountant appointed by the Mayor and Council.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 104.
AN ACT to add two additional Sections to Article 3 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title '' Baltimore County,''
as enacted by Chapter 495 of the Acts of 1908, to follow Sec-
tion 147, and be known as 147-A and 147-B, forbidding fishing
with gill nets, traps or set nets of any kind, or hauling seines
in the waters of Middle River, Baltimore County, west of a
line drawn from Clay Bank on Turkey Point Shore, south-
easterly to the northeasternmost point on Sues Island, and
