thence in a line running southerly to a marked Rock Oak Tree
standing on Gottlieb Konig's land on the north side of Holly
Neck Farm, and forbidding fishing with gill nets, traps or set
nets of any kind, or hauling seines in Sues Creek, a tributary
of Middle River, west of said line, and providing a penalty
therefor.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That two additional Sections be added to Article 3 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Baltimore
County," as enacted by Chapter 495 of the Acts of 1908, to
follow Section 147 and be known as 147-A and 147-B, to read
as follows:

147-A. It shall be unlawful for any person to fish with gill
nets, traps or set nets of any kind, or haul seines in the waters
of Middle River, Baltimore County, west of a line drawn from
Clay Bank on Turkey Point shore, southeasterly to the north-
easternmost point on Sues Island, and thence in a line running
southerly to a marked Rock Oak Tree standing on Gottlieb Ko-
nig's land, on the north side of Holly Neck Farm, and it shall
also be unlawful to fish with gill nets, traps or set nets of any
kind, or haul seines in Sues Creek, a tributary of Middle River,
west of said line, and any person so fishing in said waters shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction of having vio-
lated this Section shall pay a fine of not less than twenty-five
dollars nor more than fifty dollars for each offense, one-half
of such fines to go to the informer and one-half to the School
Board of Baltimore County.

147-B. Any Constable or Game Warden, who shall be satis-
fied either upon his own views or from information received on
oath that any person has violated the provisions of the preced-
ing Section, is authorized and empowered to arrest the offenders.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Bank of Crisfield, a corporation formed under the provisions
of the Public General Laws of Maryland.
