sonable doubt.

SEC. 9. Chapter 40 of the Acts of 1910 and Chapter 325
of the Acts of 1890 are hereby repealed and so much of Sec-
tions 1, 3, 4, 5 and 8 of the said Chapter 40 of the Acts of
1910, and so much of Sections 1, 3, 4, 5 and 8 of said Chapter
325 of the Acts of 1890, as may not be inconsistent with this
Act are hereby re-enacted.

SEC. 10. This Act shall take effect from the date of its pas-
sage.

Approved March 17th, 1914.

CHAPTER 102.

AN ACT to repeal Section 97-P of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Talbot County," sub-
title "Easton," as passed by the General Assembly of Mary-
land at the January Session of 1906, Chapter 458, and to re-
enact the same with amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 97-P of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Talbot County," sub-title
"Easton," as passed by the General Assembly of Maryland at
the January Session of 1906, Chapter 458, be and the same is
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read
as follows:

97-P. The room in the town building on Harrison street
shall be known and used as the Council room, provided, how-
ever, the Mayor and Council, by ordinance or resolution, may
provide, designate and use any other room in the town of Eas-
ton as a City Hall and Council room.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved March 18th, 1914.
