MISCELLANEOUS (2).
111. To the County Commissioners of Montgomery County,
the sum of Five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be
necessary, for the fiscal year 1915, and the like sum of Five
thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for
the fiscal year 1916, the same to be used for hospital care for
the indigent sick of Montgomery County as per contracts to be
made with hospitals in the District of Columbia at a price not to
exceed $1.25 per hospital day, the same to be paid by the Treas-
urer upon the warrant of the Comptroller to the County Com-
missioners of Montgomery County upon bills duly approved by
the said County Commissioners, and that the County Commis-
sioners of Montgomery County be directed to appoint a physician
from each election district of said County whose certificate will
be honored, said hospitals not to exceed the said amount.
112. To the County Commissioners of Prince George's Coun-
ty, the sum of Five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may
be necessary, for the fiscal year 1915, and the like sum of Five
thousand dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, for
the fiscal year 1916, the same to be used for hospital care for the
indigent sick of Prince George's County as per contracts to be
made with hospitals in the District of Columbia at a price not to
exceed $1.25 per hospital day, the same to be paid by the Treas-
urer upon the warrant of the Comptroller to the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County upon bills duly approved
by the said County Commissioners, and that the County Com-
missioners of Prince George's County be directed to appoint a
physician from each election district of said County whose cer-
tificate will be honored, said hospitals not to exceed the said
amount.
113. To the Eastern Branch of the Maryland Agricultural
College of Maryland, the sum of Five hundred dollars for the
fiscal year 1915, and the like sum of Five hundred dollars for
the fiscal year 1916.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Treasurer of the
State shall, upon the warrant of the Comptroller of the Treas-
ury, pay the said sums of money herein appropriated for the
objects and purposes hereinbefore specified to or upon the order
of the person or persons, or body corporate, entitled to receive
the same; and all of the aforesaid appropriations to the State,
charitable and educational institutions shall be paid in equal
quarterly installments; provided, however, that all hospitals
