recommendation that one student from each Senatorial district
of the State shall be given free tuition and shall be recommended
by the Senator from such district and shall produce to said
Senator satisfactory evidence of his moral character and his
inability or the inability of his parent or guardian, to pay the
regular tuition fees.
106. To Saint John's College, the sum of Seventeen thousand
five hundred dollars for maintenance for the fiscal year 1915,
and the like sum of Seventeen thousand five hundred dollars for
maintenance for the fiscal year 1916, together with the further
sum of Ten thousand dollars for repars for the fiscal year 1915.
107. To Saint Mary's Female Seminary, St. Mary's County,
Maryland, the sum of Six thousand dollars for maintenance for
the fiscal year 1915, and the like sum of Six thousand dollars for
maintenance for the fiscal year 1916, together with the further
sum of Six thousand dollars for buildings for the fiscal year
1915.
108. To Washington College, the sum of Fifteen thousand
dollars for maintenance for the fiscal year 1915, and the like
sum of Fifteen thousand dollars for maintenance for the fiscal
year 1916, together with the further sum of Twenty thousand
dollars for buildings for the fiscal year 1915.
109. To Western Maryland College, the sum of Fifteen thous-
and dollars for the fiscal year 1915, and the like sum of Fifteen
thousand dollars for the fiscal year 1916.
110. To the Maryland Agricultural College, the sum of Six-
teen thousand dollars for maintenance for the fiscal year 1915,
and the like sum of Sixteen thousand dollars for maintenance
for the fiscal year 1916; and the sum of Five thousand dollars
for the Experiment Station for the fiscal year 1915, and the like
sum of Five thousand dollars for the Experiment Station for
the fiscal year 1916; and the sum of Three thousand dollars for
demonstration work for the fiscal year 1915, and the like sum of

year 1916; and the sum of Two thousand and forty-seven dollars
and forty-four cents for deficiency in interest for the fiscal year
