for which said Commissioners are to hold office shall be printed
below the names of the respective candidates at both primary
and general elections in the year 1915. And at the general
election to be held on the Tuesday next after the first Monday
in November, 1917, one County Commissioner shall be elected
as successor to the one whose term of office shall then expire;
and at the general election to be held on the Tuesday next after
the first Monday in November, 1919, two County Commissioners
shall be elected as successors to those whose terms of office shall
then expire; and the County Commissioners so elected in 1917
and 1919 shall each hold office for the term of four years; and
the terms of office of the County Commissioners of Kent County
shall thereafter be four years. They shall have all the powers,
and perform all the duties that are now or hereafter may be
imposed on them by law, and they shall each receive, as com-
pensation, the sum of five hundred dollars.
79-C. The said County Commissioners shall meet every Tues-
day in each year from the first day of January to the first day
of January next succeeding, and at such other time or times as
may be necessary.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 649.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections No.
387 and No. 402 of Article 8 of the Public Local Laws of the
State of Maryland, title "Cecil County," sub-title "Wild
Fowl" and to add an additional Section thereto to be known
as Section 402-B.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 387 and 402 of Article 8 of the Public Local
Laws of the State of Maryland, title "Cecil County," sub-title
"Wild Fowl," be and the same are hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments to be known as Sections 387-A and
402-A and 402-B, said amendment and new Section to stand in
the order as follows:
SEC. 387-A. No person shall gun for or after Wild Water
Fowl or shoot at or kill the same Northward of the line de-
scribed in Section 380, but three days in each week, until the
