and Section 134, as amended by Chapter .636 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its session of 1912,
and Section 158-0, as enacted by Chapter 636 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its session of
1912, of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Wicomico County," sub-title "Salisbury," and to
re-enact the said Sections with amendments and to add to Ar-
ticle 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Wicomico County," sub-title "Salisbury," three new Sec-
tions, as follows: A new Section to be known and numbered
as 138-A, providing for primary elections and the nomination
of candidates for City offices, to follow Section 138; a new
Section to be known and numbered as 142-A, providing for
the passage, publication and proof of ordinances, to follow
Section 142; and a new Section to be known and numbered as
158-R, providing the mode and manner of condemning public
and private property for public use, to follow Section 158-Q.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of .Mary-
land, That Sections 132, 133, 144, 145, 151, 152, 158-C, 158-D,
158-E, (as that Section appears on page 1117 of the Laws of
Maryland, 1908) and 158-H, as amended by Chapter 310 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its
session of 1908, and Section 149, as amended by Chapter 105
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
its session of 1910 and by Chapter 542 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at its session of 1912, and
Section 134, as amended by Chapter 636 of the Acts of the
General Assembly, passed at its session of 1912, and Section
158-O, as enacted by Chapter 636 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at its session of 1912, of Article
23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Wi-
comico County," sub-title "Salisbury," be, and the same are
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, as follows:
that is to say:

132. And be it enacted, That all property, franchises and
funds of every kind belonging to or in possession of the Mayor
and Council of Salisbury are vested in this corporation.

And the said corporation may receive in trust and may con-
trol for the purpose of such trust all moneys or other property
which may have been or shall be bestowed upon such corpora-
tion by will, deed, or any other form of gift or conveyance, in
trust, for any general purpose of education, or for charitable
purposes of any description, within the said City of Salisbury.
