visions of this Section shall be subject to the fines imposed by
Section 205 of this Article.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 619.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners of
Anne Arundel County to provide for the building of sidewalks
along the proposed State road leading from Annapolis to Camp
Parole, and along the streets and highways of the villages of
Anne Arundel County, and to assess the benefits thereof to the
owner or owners of the ground abutting thereon.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County,
be and they are hereby authorized and empowered to make
such proper provision as they may deem expedient or neces-
sary to construct sidewalks of concrete or other material adja-
cent to the proposed State highway extending from the city
limits of Annapolis in a westerly direction toward Camp Parole,
and adjacent to the streets, roads and highways in the villages
of Eastport, Glen Burnie, Curtis Bay and the other towns and
villages of Anne Arundel County, with the further power and
authority to the said County Commissioners to make in their
corporate name contract or contracts for the building of said
sidewalks, and to assess the benefits thereof to the owner or
owners of the ground abutting thereon, and to collect said pro-
portionate costs thereof from said abutting owner or owners by
levy upon the abutting land thus benefited.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 620.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 132, 133, 144, 145, 151, 152, 158-C,
158-D, 158-E (as that Section appears on page 1117 of the
Laws of Maryland, 1908), and Section 158-H, as amended by
Chapter 310 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
passed at its session of 1908, and Section 149, as amended by
Chapter 105 of the Acts of the General Assembly, passed at
its session of 1910 and by Chapter 542 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its session of 1912.
