	CHAPTER 54.
Passed Feb, 1, 1862.	AN ACT to make valid certain deeds from Thom- as James Reddit, known as James Reddit, Jr., of Dorchester county, to James Reddit, of Dor- chester county.
Deeds made valid.	SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That a deed executed by Thomas James Reddit, known and mentioned in said deed as James Reddit, Jr , of Dorchester county, to James Reddit, of Dorchester county, dated on the fifth day of June, in the year eighteen hundred and fifty-four, and recorded in Liber F. J. H., number two, folios five hundred and ninety-six and five hundred and ninety-seven, one of the Land Record Books of said county; and a certain other deed executed by the said Thomas James Reddit, known as James Reddit, Jr., to the said James Reddit, dated on the twenty-fourth day of Febru- ary, in the year eighteen hundred and fifty-five, and recorded in Liber F. J. H., number three, folios one hundred and sixty-four and one hundred and sixty-five, one of the Laud Record Books of
Proviso.	said county, be and the same are hereby declared and made good and valid in law; provided, that nothing herein contained shall be construed to af- fect the rights of any creditor of the said Thomas James Reddit, otherwise called James Reddit, Jr., existing at the date of said deeds.
In force.	Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.
