215. An act to authorize and empower the Burgess and
Commissioners of Uniontown, in Carroll county, to change the
location of a public alley in said town.

216. An act to add new sections to Article seven, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, for Carroll county, to authorize
the county Commissioners of said county to have the public
roads therein re-surveyed, marked, and bounded.

217. An act to incorporate the Chesapeake Marine Produce
Company.

218. An act to amend section one, of Article fifty-six, of
the Code of Public General Laws entitiled, " Licenses," re-
lating to the issuing of licenses by Clerks of Courts.

219. An act to compensate Randall and Hagner, and Wil-
liam Price, for legal services rendered by order of the
Governor.

220. An act to compensate Milton Whitney, for legal ser-
vices rendered by order of the Governor.

221. An act to make valid a deed from William. D. Crop-
per and Rebecca W. Cropper, his wife, of Accomac county, in
the State of Virginia, to Thomas W. Holbrook, of Somerset
county, and to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Somerset county, to record the same.

222. An act to appropriate a sum of money to aid the
Union Relief A ssociation of Baltimore.

223. An act to make an appropriation to compensate that
portion of the Sixteenth Regiment of Maryland Militia, which
in obedience to an order of His Excellency, Governor Hicks,
performed guard duty at the State Armory in Frederick, from
April twenty-second to May eleventh, eighteen hundred and
sixty-one, inclusive.

224. An act to repeal sections one hundred and seventy-four
and one hundred and seventy-five of Article thirty of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled, crimes and punish-
ments, relating to runaways.

225. An act to amend section five of Article, forty-two of
the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the office of
Governor, and to re-enact the same.

226. An act to authorise the Governor to have one hundred
flint lock muskets, belonging, to the State, altered to percus-

sion lock muskets, and to limit the cost thereof.

227. An act to repeal an act passed in eighteen hundred
and fifty-six, chapter one hundred and forty-five, entitled, An
act to incorporate the Farmers' and Merchants Bank of Cecil
