73. Am act to repeal Article seventeen of the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, entitled, "Agricultural Chemist," and re-
lating to the office of Agricultural Chemist for the State.

74. An act to amend the nineteenth Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Somerset county, by adding thereto the
following sections, relating to the jurisdiction of Justices of
the Peace for said county.

75. An act to incorporate the Trustees of the Parsonage
House, of the German Reformed church, in Emmittsburg.

76. An act to authorize the County Commissioners for Fred-
erick county, to borrow money to furnish the new Court
