every day of said neglect or refusal, to be recovered
by indictment in the Circuit Court of said county,
and the amount of said forfeiture when recovered
shall be for the use of said Trustees.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That the second and
third sections of the Public Local Laws of said
county, title "Alms House," be and the same are
hereby repealed.

Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect and be in force from the passage thereof.

AN ACT to repeal an act to add another section
to Article six of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to election districts in Caroline county,
and substitute therefor the following.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the act passed June nineteenth,
eighteen hundred and sixty-one, chapter forty-
five, oi laws of eighteen hundred and sixty-one,
entitled, An act 4;o add the following sections to
Article sixth of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to election districts in Caroline county, be
and the same is hereby repealed.

Act repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That election district
number one of Caroline county, be and the same is
hereby constituted and established as it existed
prior to the passage of the act named in the first
section of this act.
