AN ACT to change the name of Francis Hoofman
to Francis Hoofman Pelzer.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the name of Francis Hoofman,
of Woodensburg, of Baltimore county, be and the
same is hereby changed to Francis Hoofman Pelzer.
|
|
In force.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
have effect from the passage thereof.
|

CHAPTER 33.
|

AN ACT to repeal section seventy-five of Article
seventeen of the Code of Public Local Laws, re-
lating to the salary of the Clerk of the Commis-
sioners of Queen Anne's County, and substitute
therefor the following section.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That section sevens-five of Article
seventeen of the Code of Public Local Laws be and
the same is hereby repealed, and the following sec-
tion substituted therefor :

Salary of clerk
to commission-
ers.
|
75 . The County Commissioners are hereby autho-
rized to pay their Clerk annually, as a compensa-
tion for his services, such sum as they may deem
proper, not to exceed three hundred dollars.
|

In force.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.
|
