AN ACT to authorize the Trustees of Primary
School District Number Seventy-two, in Fred-
erick county, to insure the School House of said
district, and the Furniture thereof, in the Mutual
Insurance Company of Frederick county.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Trustees of Primary School
District number seventy-two, in Frederick county,
be and they are hereby authorized to insure the
School House in said district, and the Furniture
thereof, against loss and damage by fire, in the
Mutual Insurance Company of Frederick county,
and to pay the cost and charges therefor out of
the primary school fund of said district.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 190.

AN ACT for the relief of Thomas B. Gaither,
late Clerk of the Circuit Court of Baltimore
city.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and is
hereby directed to issue his warrant upon the
Treasurer, to pay Thomas B. Gaither, or order,
two hundred dollars, for a return of tax paid by
him into the Treasury, as Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Baltimore city ; also to pay Thomas B.
Gaither, or order, three hundred dollars, being
a return of fine imposed on him by the court for
contempt.

Sec. 2. And be enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
