town are hereby authorized to convey, in fee sim-
ple, to Benoni Cooling, a lot or parcel of land in
said town, being part of what has been heretofore
known as the "Fair Ground,"' and containing
twenty-eight perches and one hundred and seven-
ty-five one thousandths of a perch, more or less.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after the date of its passage.

AN ACT entitled an act to repeal sections one
hundred and thirty-nine, one hundred and forty
and one hundred and forty-one of the Public
Local Laws of Baltimore county, in relation to
the Orphans' Court, and enact the following as
a substitute.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Judges of the Orphans'
Court of Baltimore county shall meet on the first
Tuesday of every month at ten o'clock, and shall
not adjourn before three o'clock, and at each term
the said Judges may adjourn from day to day, if
the public business require it, for a period not ex-
ceeding four days at any one term, and to which
terms all process shall be made returnable.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this law shall
go into effect immediately from and after its pas-
sage.
