AN ACT to revive and amend the act of incor-
poration of the town of Williamsport, in Wash-
ington county, Maryland, passed December ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and twenty-three, chapter
one hundred and twenty-five, with the several
supplements thereto.

5, 1864.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the act of incorporation of the
town of Williamsport, in Washington county,
Maryland, passed December session, eighteen hun-
dred and twenty-three, chapter one hundred and
twenty-five, with the several supplements thereto,
be and the same is hereby revived and made as ef-
fectual to all intents and purposes as if the said
act of incorporation had not expired.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the Burgess and
Commissioners of said town have power to include
within said corporation the public grave yard at
Williamsport.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from and after its passage.
