AN ACT to refund a sum of money paid into the
State Treasury erroneously by John Pettibone,
one of the Tax Collectors of Anne Arundel
county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the Treasurer, upon the war-
rant of the Comptroller, be and he is hereby or-
dered to pay to John Pettibone, a Collectorof
State taxes for the second district of Anne Arun-
del county, for the year eighteen hundred aad
sixty-one, the sum of three dollars and sixty-one
cents, erroneously paid by him into the State
Treasury.
