Collector, as he had when first appointed and qual-
ified; provided, that nothing in this act shall be
construed to extend the time of payment of any
money due from said Sudlar, as Collector of the
State and county taxes as aforesaid; provided, that
said Sheriff shall make affidavit, to be filed with
the execution in fine or forfeiture in said execution
specified, has not been paid to said Sheriff.

Provisos.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 77.

AN ACT to allow Edward Sudlar, late Sheriff of
Queen Anne's county, further time to complete
his collections.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Edward Sudlar, late Sheriff of
Queen Anne's county, be and he is hereby author-
ized and empowered to collect all fees and claims
due him as such Sheriff, in the same manner and
as fully, to all intents and purposes, as if the origi-
nal time allowed by law had not expired.

Time extended

Sec. 2. That this act shall take effect from the
day of its passage, and shall continue in force for
two years and no longer.
