	CHAPTER 65.
Passed Feb. 11, 1864.	AN ACT to change the name of Samuel Robert- son, of Charles county, to Samuel Cox.
Name changed	SECTION 1 , Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the name of Samuel Robertson, of Charles county, Maryland, be and the same is hereby changed to Samuel Cox, and it shall be lawful for the said Samuel Robertson at all times hereafter to be called and known by, hold and use the name of Samuel Cox, and by that name to enjoy all the rights, privileges and benefits that he could have enjoyed had his n.ame not been changed by the provisions of this act.
In force.	Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act: shall take effect from the date of its passage.

	CHAPTER 66.
Passed Feb. 11, 1864.	AN ACT to add the following section to Article third of the Code of Public Local Laws fixing the compensation of the Standard Keeper of Weights and Measures in Baltimore county.
Section added.	Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary- land, That the following Rection be added to Ar- ticle three of the Public Local Laws for Baltimore county.
Keeper to re- ceive compen- sation.	SECTION 1. The Keeper of the Standards of Weights and Measures in Baltimore county shall receive five cents for each weight and measure, and ten cents for each scale beam tried and branded, stamped or marked by him, to be paid by the per- son for whom the service may be performed.
In force.	See. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect frorn, the date of its passage.
