No. 330. An act to make valid the last will and testament
of Sally M. Parsons, late wife of Jehue H. Parsons, of Somer-
set county.

No. 331. An act authorizing the County Commissioners of
Talbot county to compensate James H. McNeal, of said county,
for lands taken for county purposes.

No. 332. An act to authorize the Judge of the Eighth Ju-
dicial Circuit Court of Maryland to assess the value of a negro
man, called Bob Jones, convicted in the Circuit Court for
Somerset county, as free, and afterwards ascertained to be a
slave, and for the levy, by the Commissioners of Somerset
county, of such assessment to his master.

No. 333. An act to amend the first section of Article sev-
enty-one of the Code of Public General Laws relating to oys-
ters.

No. 334. An act to incorporate the Washington County
Railroad.

No. 335. An act to amend the charter of the Philadelphia,
Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad Company, by repealing
so much of the act passed at January session, eighteen hun-
dred and fifty-three, chapter one hundred and thirty-eight, as
requires said company, in building a bridge over the Susque-
hanna river, to provide for the general travel and transporta-
tion other than by the railway.

No. 336. An act to refund a certain sum of money errone-
ously paid over to the Comptroller of the Treasury by Henry
Gantz, the late Collector of Taxes for Washington county.

No. 337. An act to incorporate the Union Mining Company
of Allegany county.

No. 338. An act to incorporate a company to build a turn-
pike road from Liberty town, Frederick county, through
Johnsville, to Pipe creek.

No. 339. An act to appropriate a sum of money for the
erection of State hay scales in the Eastern section of the city
of Baltimore.

No. 340. An act to add a new section to Article eighteen
of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled, "Clerks of
Courts," relating to the residence of the Clerk of the Court of
Appeals.

No. 341. An act to incorporate the Magnolia and Stockton
Turnpike Road Company in Harford county.
