32 TITLES OF THE LAWS.

No. 342. An act to incorporate the Trustees of Union Me-
thodist Episcopal Church, Zion Circuit, Philadelphia Confer-
ence, and to authorize the said Trustees to take and receive a
bequest from Caleb Reynolds, late of Cecil county.

No. 343. An act to repeal section twenty-eight of Article
twelve of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled, "Harford
county," relating to the per diem and mileage of the County
Commissioners of Harford county.

No. 344. An act to authorize and empower the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore to collect and receive from, the pro-
perty holders on both sides of North Avenue, as well in Bal-
timore county as in the city of Baltimore, the sums severally
assessed to them for the grading of said avenue.

No. 345. An act to amend section ninety of Article fifty-
six of the Code of Public General Laws entitled "Licenses."

No, 346. An act to amend article four of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws relating to the leasing of the State tobacco
warehouses and the inspection of tobacco.

No. 347. An act to repeal section thirty of Article fifteen
of the Code of Public Local Laws entitled, "Montgomery
county," relating to the courts of said county, and to enact a
substitute therefor.

No. 348. An act to regulate the issuing of license for the
sale of spirituous or fermented liquor within the borough of
Northeast, in Cecil county.

No. 349. An act to incorporate a company to make a turn-
pike road from Dulany's Valley to the Little Falls of the
Gunpowder.

No. 350. An act to appropriate certain sums of money to
pay the claims of Frederick Sasscer, Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Prince George's county, and Daniel R. Dyer, former
Sheriff of said county.

No. 351. An act to repeal the eighty-first section of Article
seven of the Code of Public Local Laws relating to the Sheriff
of Carroll county, as amended by chapter seventy-eight, passed
December session, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

No. 352. An act to add a new section to Article seven of
the Code of Public Local Laws for Carroll county, to regulate
the rate of Constables' fees in said county.

No. 353. An act to incorporate the President and Commis-
sioners of the town of Cecilton.
