No. 298. An act to amend the fourth Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws, by adding thereto certain sections autho-
rizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, to endorse or
guarantee the Second Mortgage Bonds of the Western-Mary-
land Railroad Company, to an amount not exceeding three
hundred thousand dollars.
No. 299. An act to authorize the Commissioners of Charles
county to levy a sum of money to open and straighten Port
Tobacco Run
No. 300. An act to authorize and direct the Clerk of the
Circuit Court for Caroline county to setover the judgment and
execution on said judgment in the said court in favor of the
State of Maryland, against James H. Barwick, late Collector
of State Taxes for Caroline county, to the use of James Swan,
James Pippin, Jr., William C. Satterfield, Robert Anthony,
Elijah Towers, James T. Richardson and Benjamin A. Rich-
ardson.
No. 301. An act for the relief of Thomas J. Hardesty and
J. G. Gover, of Anne Arundel county.
No. 302. An act to authorize and empower the Commission-
ers of Baltimore and Harford counties to construct a bridge
across the Little Gunpowder Falls, between Jerico and Jeru-
salem Mills, and to levy a sum of money therefor.
No 303 An act to provide for the appointment of three
Superintendents to supervise and control the repairs and im-
provements of Public County load in Allegany county, lead-
ing from Barrallville to Western Point, in said county, and
to authorize and require the County Commissioners of said
county make levies for the repair and improvement of the
same.
No. 304. An act to authorize and empower Levin L. Keene,
of Dorchester county, to build a dam across Keene's ditch or
creek, between Lake's and Hooper's Island Districts, in said
county, and to erect a tide mill thereat.
No. 305. An act to incorporate the Union Coal Oil and Gas
Company.
No. 306. An act to add new sections to Article ten of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled, "Attachments," pro-
viding for attachments on original process.
No. 307. An act granting certain privileges to the Fell's
Point Bank of Baltimore, incorporated by an act of the Legis-
lature of Maryland, passed on the first day of February, eigh-
teen hundred and sixty-two.
