No. 308. An act to incorporate a company to construct a
Marine Railway at Shad Point, on the Wicomico river, in
Somerset county, to be styled the Wicomico Railway Com-
pany.
No. 309. An act to add new sections to Article twenty-two
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Worcester county, for
protection of partridges.
No. 310. An act providing for repairs of the State House.
No. 311. An act to amend Article twenty-nine of the Pub-
lic General Laws, on the subject of the Courts; by the addi-
tion of a section relating to the confession of judgments.
No. 312. A supplement to an act entitled, "An act to in-
corporate a company to make a turnpike road from the West
end of Union town, in Carroll county, to the completed ter-
minus of the Westminster and Hagerstown Turnpike road,"
passed at January session, eighteen hundred and sixty, chap-
ter one hundred and sixty-six.
No. 313. An act to amend section one hundred and forty-
three of Article twenty-one of the Code of Public Local Laws
relating to offending against the ordinances of the town of
Hagerstown, in Washington county.
No. 314. An act to amend the twenty-first Article of the
Code of Public Local Laws relating to Washington county,
by adding thereto certain sections authorizing the County
Commissioners of said county to endorse or guarantee the se-
cond mortgage bonds of the Western Maryland Railroad
Company to an amount not exceeding, in the aggregate, the
fail in of three hundred thousand dollars.
No. 315. An act to incorporate the Maryland Annual Con-
ference College.
No. 316 An act to add a new section to Article twelve of the
Code of Local Laws for Harford county, entitled, "Schools,"
relating to the Harford County Academy and to the Cokes-
bury or Abingdon Academy.
No. 317, An act to add a new section to Article six of the
Code of Public Local Laws entitled, "Caroline county," rela-
ting to Justices of the Peace and Constables.
No. 318 An act to authorize and empower Levi Price,
John S Ensor, John Price, Evan Mathews and John Mathews
to sell a certain school house and lot held by them in trust for
school purposes.
