No. 276. An act to alter and change the name of David
Mertzs, of Baltimore county to the name of Daivd Henry Mc-,
Comas.

No. 277. An act to add an additional section to Article
fourteen of the Public Local Laws of Kent county, relating to
Chestertown, and to provide for the appointment of a Collec-
tor of the Corporation Tax of Chestertown, in Kent county.

No. 278. An act to authorize John W. Scott, of Prince
George's county to act in the double capacity of Justice of the
Peace and Assistant Assessor.

No. 279. An act to compensate Thomas S. Alexander for
his professional services in procuring an exemption of the
State Revenue from liability for an Income Tax of the United

States.

No. 280. An act to add a new section to article four of the
Code of Public Local Laws, authorizing the Judge of the Su-
perior Court to employ a Stenographer.

No. 281. An act entitled, an act to authorize and empower
Moses Lambson and James Crippen, Executors of the last Will
and Testament of Giles Lambson, deceased, to sell and convey
certain lands in Kent county.

No. 282. An act to add the following sections to the forti-
eth Article of Public General Laws, requiring Jurors to take
the oath of allegiance.

of stocks of the State now held to the credit of the Sinking
Fund.

No. 286. An act to repeal section eight hundred and four
of Article four of the Code of Public Local Laws entitled,
"City of Baltimore," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, increasing the per diem of the Judges of the Orphans'
Court.
