No. 264. An act to release from the payment of interest the
sureties on the official Bond of Mason E. McKnew, as Collec-
tor of Taxes for the first collection district of Prince George's
county in the year eighteen hundred and fifty-eight.
No. 265. An'act to add the following section to the eighty-
first Article of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
the Tax on Corporations.
No. 266 An act to release from the payment of interest the
sureties on the official Bond of David Barry, former Collec-
tor of Taxes for the third Collection District of Prince Gorge's
county, in the years eighteen hundred and fifty-eight and
eighteen hundred and fifty-nine.
No. 267. An act to provide for a State Subscription to
Wingate's Maryland Register for eighteen hundred and sixty-
four and eighteen hundred and sixty-five.
No. 268, An act to repeal the nineteenth section of the
twenty-ninth Article of the Code of Public General Laws, and
the proviso to the thirty-third section of the fifth Article of
the said Code relating to the stay of execution, and to extend
the time for enforcing the execution of judgments.
No. 269. An act for the better protection of the people, of
the State against the ravages of small-pox.
No. 270. An act entitled, an act to authorize and empower
the Commissioners appointed by the Circuit Court of Queen
Ann's county, to divide the real estate of John Hendrix, late
of said county deceased, to convey to the purchaser the legal
title to said lands.
No. 271. An act to incorporate the Great Savage Timber
Company of Allegany county.
No. 272. An act to pay John T. Wright a sum of money
for services rendered by him as Messenger to the Senate.
No. 273. An act to make valid a deed from John Thomas
Adams and Mary A. Adams, his wife, to the Vestry of Cov-
entry Parish, of Somerset and Worcester counties.
No. 274. An act appropriating a sum of money in payment
for legal services rendered by Thomas S. Alexander and
Thomas Donaldson, at the request of the Comptroller.
No. 275. An act to allow John T. Diffenbaugh, Jacob
Campbell and Stephen R. Gore, late Collectors of State and
County Taxes of Carroll county, further time to complete
their collections.
