Attorney for Prince George's county for professional services
rendered the State of Maryland, under an act of the General
Assembly of Maryland, passed at January session, eighteen
hundred and sixty, chapter three hundred and twenty-six.

No. 255. An act to repeal section seventy-five of Article
seventeen of the Public Local Laws, entitled, Queen Ann's
county, and section one, Article seventeen of the supplement,
and re-enact the same with amendments.

Carroll, of the State of New York, to William T. Carroll, of
Washington city, D. C.

No, 257. An act to incorporate the Big Vein Coal Com-
pany.

and nine therein, further time to complete his collections of
taxes and fees.

a bequest of a legacy made in the last will and testament of
Jacob Merelock, late of Carroll county deceased, to the Lu-
theran Trustees of Benjamin's Church, and their successors
forever; also, a bequest made by George Henry, late of the
county aforesaid, in his last will and testament to the Luthe-
ran and Presbyterian Church, known as Crider's Church,
near Westminster.

No. 260. An act to incorporate the Baltimore Academy
of Music.

No. 261. An act for the relief of John M. Buchanan and
others, sureties of John M. Carleton, as Sheriff of Allegany
county.

No. 262. An act to re-emburse to John A. Steiner, Sheriff
of Frederick county, a sum of money stolen from his deputy
while in the discharge of a public duty by order of the
Governor.

No. 263. An act to pay the claims of James R. Coursey
and Job T. Moore, and also of Robert Keene, and also of
William Tod and George Rumbly, and also of James E.
Robertson, of Dorchester county.
