professional services rendered by order of the Governor

No. 242. An act to incorporate the Safe Deposit Company

of Baltimore.

No. 243. An act to amend the ninth Article of the Code of
Public General Laws entitled, Assignment of Choses in Action
by adding a section thereto, relating to the assignment of
judgments obtained by the State.

No. 244. Ah act to add the following section to the fourth
Arti6le of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore city,
relating to the Board of Police, so as to give a salary to the
Clerk of the Board.

No. 245. An act to repeal and re-enact sections ninety-one
and ninety-two of Article twelve of the Code of Public Local
Laws, relating to Orphans' Ccurt for Harford county.

No. 246. An act to explain, an act passed by the General
Assembly of Maryland at its present session, to aid and en-
courage enlistments into the Maryland Regiments in the
service of the United States.

No. 247. An act to add an additional section to Article
thirty of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
Crimes and Punishments.

No. 248. An act for the government of the Insane Asylum
and to regulate admissions thereto.

No. 249. An act to amend the twenty-ninth section of the
fifth Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of this State,
relating to the pay of the Crier of the Circuit Court for Cal-
vert county.

No. 250. An act to repeal the first, second, and third sec-
tions of the thirty-first Article of the Code of Public General
Laws of this State entitled, Crows, so far as it may relate to
Calvert and Allegany counties.

No. 251 An act to legalize the official acts of Robert K.
Wilson, a Justice of the Peace for Queen Ann's county.

No. 252. An act to add the following sections, relating to
covenants in deeds of conveyance, to Article twenty-four of
the Code of Public General Laws, relating to conveyancing
