No. 227. An act to repeal section forty-six of Article six
of the Code of Public Local Laws, title Caroline county.

No. 228. An act to allow James G. Webster, the present
standard bearer of Prince George's county, further time to
complete his work.

No. 229. An act to repeal the one hundred and forty-ninth
section of the sixth Article of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title, Caroline county.

No. 230. An act to authorize the Commissioners of How-
ard county to Levy a certain sum of money.

No. 231. An act to authorize the Commissioners of Howard
county to lay out and create a new Primary School District
in said county.

No. 232. An act to repeal, an act of Assembly of eighteen
hundred and fifty-six, chapter two hundred and seventy-two,
for the relief of David Marsh, and also, an act passed eigh-
teen hundred and sixty, chapter eighty, for the relief of Brice
Brown, of Carroll county.

No. 233. An act for the relief of the securities of William
H. Crawford, late Collector of Howard county.

No. 234. An act to compensate Jeremiah Babylon, late
Sheriff of Carroll county, and Joseph Ebaugh, present Sher-
iff of said county, for services rendered under a requisition of
the Governor.

to the Trustees of Daniel and Jacob Lodge in Manchester,
Carroll county.

No. 236. An act to add an additional section to the fourth
Article of Pubic Local Laws relating to the deputies of the
Sheriff of Baltimore city.

No. 237. An act to purchase and enclose a part of the bat-
tle field at Antietam, for the purpose of a State and National
Cemetery.

protection of the State House and Public property from
fire.

No. 239. An act to refund to John S. Purnell, of Worces-
ter county, certain taxes erroneously paid by him.

No. 240. An act to refund to Teagle Townsend, of Wor-
