No. 214. An act to authorize the sale of the real-estate of
Jacob Ambrose, deceased, late of Frederick county, by Jacob
Summers, of J. administrator of said deceased, for the benefit
of the persons entitled thereto.

No. 215. An act for the relief of the St. Mary's Female
Seminary.

No. 216. An act to make valid certain proceedings of George
Moore and Thomas B. Moore, executors of William H. Ac-
worth deceased, late of Somerset county.

No. 217. An act to incorporate the Allegany Land Im-
provement Company.

No. 218. An act to refund to Samuel F. Butler, certain
moneys overpaid by him into the State Treasury.

tion of the Sheriff.

porate the Presbyterian Church in the city of Baltimore,
passed at November session seventeen hundred and ninety-
seven, chapter fifty-eight.

No. 226. An act to amend and re-enact section one hun-
dred and forty-six, section one hundred and fifty-two, and
section one'hundred and sixty of Article eight of the Code of
Public Local Laws entitled, Cecil county, and relating to the
