ceased, to Richard H. Murdock, of Frederick county, in trust
for the use and benefit of George Hill, son of said Jacob Hill,
who is the slave of the said Murdock.

No. 184. An act to prohibit the issuing of any license for
the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors within three miles
of either of the Churches in the village of Myersville, Frede-
rick county, Maryland, and to prevent the sale of all kinds of
intoxicating drinks within the above described limits.

No. 185. An act to incorporate the Dulaney's Valley and
Sweet Air Turnpike Company, in Baltimore county.

No. 186. An act to repeal sections one hundred and ninety-
seven, two hundred and three, and two hundred and seven of
the eighth Article of the Code of Public Local Laws entitled,
Cecil county, relating to Schools in said county, and re-enact
the same with amendments.

No. 187. An act to repeal section fifty-four of Article twen-
ty-one of the Public Local Laws, relating to the holding of
the Circuit Court for Washington county, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

No. 188. An act to provide for paying the costs and expen-
ses of grading North Avenue from Pennsylvania Avenue to
the Northen Central Railway in the City of Baltimore by the
Mayor and City Council of said city.

No. 189. An act to repeal the three hundred and seventy-
five and three hundred and ninety-sixth sections of Article four
of the Code of Public Local Laws entitled, City of Baltimore,
and relating to the Inspection, Weighing and Measurement of
Grain and to enact supplements thereto.

No. 190. An act empowering Jacob Fresh and Jabez An'na-
cost to sell a lot of land, which was deeded by Charles Bablity
June fourteenth, eighteen hundred and four, to Peter Bablity,
Henry Kelbaugh, Christian Kelbaugh and Philip Myers, and
recorded in the Land Records of Baltimore county, in Liber
W. G., number eighty-one, folio five hundred and sixty-two.

No. 191. An act to appropriate a sum of money to enable
the Comptroller to pay such sum of money as may be found
to be due Frank H. Stockett.

No. 192. An act to compensate Arthur J. Willis for servi-
ces rendered, and expenses incurred in organizing a regiment
for the defence of the country.

No. 193. An act to make valid the Bond of the Register
of Wills for Caroline county.
