No. 173. An act to incorporate the Methodist Ford- and
Jarrettsville Turnpike Company in Baltimore and Harford
counties.
No. 174. An act to authorize the Register of Wills of Cecil
county to copy certain records herein mentioned, and to make
the same evidence as fully to all intents and purposes as the
original records.
No. 175. An act to repeal section sixty-two of Article sev-
enty-five of the Code of Public General Laws entitled, Plead-
ings, Practice and Process, and to re-enact the same with
amendments so as to provide a uniform mode for extending in-
.terlocutory judgments or judgments by default.
No. 176. An act to amend the sixth Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws, section two hundred and one entitled, an
act regulating Sheriffs fees for keeping prisoners in the coun-
ty jail of Caroline county and finding them in food.
No. ITY. An act to make valid a devise in the will of Wil-
liam Gardner, late of Baltimore city, deceased.
No. 178. An act to amend section one hundred and fifty-
eight, Article six of Public Local Laws of Caroline county,
entitled Roads.
No. 179. An act to repeal sections nine and ten of Article
fifty-one of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the
Dockets of Justices of the Peace, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
No. 180. An act entitled an act to authorize the Trustees
of a Parsonage lot in Baltimore county to execute a deed of
conveyance in fee.
No. 181. An act to allow Elijah Thompson, Trustee of Dan-
iel H. Candler, late Sheriff and Collector of Montgomery
county, further time to complete his collections.
No. 182. An act to make valid a Deed from Catharine
Boyle, Levinia Boyle, Catharine A. Stubbs, Cornelius Boyle,
Junius J. Boyle, Nicholas B. Boyle, and John F. Boyle of
Washington county, District of Columbia, to William E.
Stubbs, of Montgomery county.
No. 183. An act to authorize Joshua Dill, Administrator of
Jacob Hill; a free negro, deceased, to pay over the balance
