section of Article four of the Code of Public Local Laws, re-
lating to walling Jones' Falls in the city of Baltimore, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.

No. 164. An act to amend the fifteenth section of the first
Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany county,
in relation to the mileage of the County Commissioners of said
county.

No. 165. An act to legalize, ratify and confirm the action
of the County Commissioners of Carroll county in appropria-
ting money for the payment of bounties to volunteers.

No. 166. An act to authorize Joshua Stokes, John N. Mar-
tin and Joseph Willhide, Trustees of Primary School district
number thirty-two, in Frederick county, or their successors in
office, to sell and convey the Primary School House in North
street, Mechanicstown, and apply the funds to rebuilding or
in repairing a school house in said town.

No. 167. An act for the relief of William Bryan and others,
sureties upon the official bonds of Francis N. Daley, Collector
of State Taxes in the third Collection District of Anne Arun-
del county, for the years eighteen hundred and forty-nine and
eighteen hundred and fifty.

No. 168. An act appropriating a sum of money to pay the
claims of W. W. Watkins, Susan McNamara, Joseph Shaf-
fer, Michael H. Haller, Thomas H. Martin, Judge Tuck,
William A. Stewart, George E. Gambrill, David Oswala, Jo-
seph O'Neal, J. P. Ijams, Daniel M. Moore, Job Haines,
William Camden, Julia Gittings, James W. Saulsbury,
Thomas S. Saulsbury and John Sullivan.

No. 169. An act for the relief of Joseph R. Huntt, late
Sheriff of Charles county, and the sureties on his official bond.

No. 170. A supplement to an act entitled an act to incor-
porate the Baltimore City Passenger Railway Company.

No. 171. An act to release the claim of the balances of Dis-
trict tax for the years eighteen hundred and forty-one and
eighteen hundred and forty-two, with which John M. Carter,
stands chargeableas Collector of Allegany county on the books
of the Treasury Department.

No. 172. An act to repeal an act of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed March ninth, eighteen hundred and sixty,
chapter two hundred and fifteen, entitled, an act to amend
the third Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, by adding
thereto certain sections vesting the County Commissioners of
