10 TITLES OF THE LAWS.

No. 104. An act to repeal section number one hundred and
ninety-one of Article one of the Code of Public Local Laws,
relating to witnesses in Allegany county, and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

No. 105. An act to repeal sections forty-two and forty-three
of Article sixty-six of the Code of Public General Laws, re-
lating to manumission, and to enact a substitute-therefor,
providing for the manumission of slaves.

No. 106. An act to amend the fourth Article of Public
Local Laws, relating to Jurors in the city of Baltimore.

No. 107. An act to release from payment of interest the
sureties on the official bond of Joshua Macauly, Collector of
State Taxes for Howard county, in the years eighteen hundred
and fifty-five and eighteen hundred and fifty-six.

No. 108. An act to incorporate the South Baltimore Chemi-
cal Works.

No. 109. An act to amend the thirty-seventy Article of the
Public General Laws by repealing the first, second, third,
fourth and fifth sections of said. Article, relating to the com-
petency of witnesses, and inserting in said Article in lieu of
the section so repealed the following sections, relating to the
competency of witnesses and the examination of parties.

No. 110. An act to amend the one hundred and seventieth
section of the fourteenth Article of the Code of Public Laws
in Kent county, in relation to the election of Trustees in
Primary School Districts numbers seven, eight and nine, in
the Fourth Election District of said county; to repeal the one
hundred and seventy-fourth section of said Article, so far as
the same relates to the three School Districts, and to amend
the same by a new section regulating the election of Trustees
for said three districts; to amend the one hundred and
eightieth section of. said Article by enlarging the powers of
the Trustees, and to add two new sections giving to the
Trustees power to sell and convey a part or the whole of the
lot and buildings belonging to said three School Districts.

No. 111. An act to add a new section to Article seventeen
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled, Queen Ann's
county; to authorize the County Commissioners of the said
county to have a bridge built over Island Creek, in said
county.

No 112. An act to make valid the proceedings in a cause,
number two thousand three hundred and ninety-one, on the
Equity Docket of the Circuit Court for Frederick county,
