Wills of Washington county to renew certain indexed therein
mentioned.
No. 57. An act for the relief of Charles Shipley.
No. 58. An act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Baltimore county to levy a sum of money which in their judg-
ment may be necessary, or ought justly to be paid to Jacob
M. Shamberger and others, so expended by him or them in
the opening of a Public County Road, in the Sixth Election
District of Baltimore county.
No. 59. An act to authorize the County Commissioners of
Anne Arundel county to levy a certain sum for repairing a
School House in District number seven.
No. 60. An act to divide number tenor Straight's District,
in Dorchester county.
No. 61. An act to amend section eighty of Article two of
the Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the pay of County
Commissioners of Anne Arundel county.
No. 62. An act to refund to Sarah J. OfFutt, Executrix of
James W. OfFutt, deceased, a certain sum of money errone-
ously paid by her into the Treasury.
No. 63. An act to make valid the acknowledgment of a
deed from Abraham Isenhart and Barbara his wife, to John
Frenear.
No. 64. An act to repeal the one hundred and seventh sec-
tion of Article one of the Code of Public Local Laws for Al-
legany county relating to the Superintendant of the National
Road, as re-enacted by the act of eighteen hundred and sixty-
two, chapter one hundred and seventy-six, and to re-enact
the same with amendments thereto.
No. 65. An act to change the name of Samuel Robertson, of
Charles county, to Samuel Cox.
No. 66. An act to add the following section to Article
third of the Code of Public Local Laws, fixing the compen-
sation of the Standard Keeper of Weights and Measures in
Baltimore county.
No. 67. An act to add sections one hundred and eighteen,
one hundred and nineteen, one hundred and twenty, one hun-
dred and twenty-one and one hundred and twenty-two, to
