Fire Wood in Baltimore County.

No. 33. An act to dismiss the writ of error taken by the
State in the case of Myers vs. the State of Pennsylvania, and
to pay the Counsel employed by the Governor to conduct the
said case.

No. 34. An act to amend an act to incorporate the German
and English, Evangelical Lutheran Congregation of Man-
chester Carroll county, passed February seventeenth, eigh-
teen hundred and sixty-two.

No. 35. An act to incorporate the Methodist Episcopal
Church at Port Deposit.

No, 36. An act to compensate Nelson Poe for sevices ren-
dered by order of the Governor.

No. 37. An act to add a new section to Article eighty-one
of the Code of Public General Laws, exempting Parsonages

Punishments, defining the offence of being a common thief
