pose of the property thereby devised.
No. 22. An act to make valid a deed from George Forth-
man and Susanna Forthman his wife, of Franklin county,
Pennsylvania, bearing date on the twenty-first day of Febru-
ary, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to Frederick Forth-
man.
No. 23. An act to make certain improvements in the vicin-
ity-of The State Live Stock Scales in Baltimore county.
No. 24. An act to alter and change the name of Thomas
Holloway Carey, of Worcester county, to that of Thomas
Holloway.
No. 25. An act to make valid the bequest of freedom by the
last will and testament of Edward Wright, late of Dorchester
county, deceased, to certain negroes.
No. 26. An act for the relief of John T. P. Moore, the pur-
chaser of the real estate of John Hickman, late of Worcester
county, deceased, sold by commissioners appointed by the
Circuit Court for said county to value and divide the same.
No. 27. An act supplementary to an act entitled, "An act
to incorporate the Superanuated Fund Society of the Mary-
land Annual Confrence," passed at December session eigh-
teen hundred and thirty-nine, chapter two hundred and eigh-
ty-five.
No. 28. An act for the incorporation of Daniel and Jacob
Lodge number twenty-three of the Independent Order of Odd
Fellows.
No. 29. An act to repeal the twelfth section of an act to
incorporate the Kent County Rail Road Company, passed on
the (ighth of March, eighteen hundred and fifty-six, chapter
one hundred and forty-eight, to add four new sections thereto,
and to appoint four new Commissioners in the place of four
deceased Commissioners.
No. 30. An act to incorporate the Smith's Patent Fire
Arms Company.
No. 31. An act to re-enact and continue in force, an act
passed al January session eighteen hundred and fifty-eight,
