No. 8. An act to amend the charter of the Franklin Savings
Bank of Frederick, and to increase their capital stock.

No. 9. An act to allow John Orem, former Sheriff and Col-
lector of Howard county further time to complete his collec-
tions.

No. 10. An act to make valid the devise made in the last
will and testament of Christianna Scholl, late of Frederick
county, deceased, to the Evangelical Lutheran Church of
Frederick, in Frederick county, Maryland.

No. 11. An act to authorize Benjamin Mason of Harford
county to act in the double capacity of Justice of the Peace
and Postmaster.

No. 12. An act to amend section first, article four of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Dorchester county, relating to
Justices of the Peace by adding thereto an additional section.

No. 13. An act to amend the first and second sections of
Article twelve of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
Banks, and to repeal the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, eighth,
ninth and nineteenth sections of the same Article.

No. 14. An act to provide for transcribing one of the Re-
cord Books in the office of the Register of Wills for Allegany
county.

No 15. An act to aid and encouiage enlistments into the
Maiyland Regiments in the service of the United States.

No. 16. An act for the relief of the securities upon the offi-
cial bond of John B. Flower.

No. 17. An act to authorize and empower the Trustees of
The Union Academy of Baltimore county to sell said property,
and for the purchase of another site.

No. 18. An act to amend the fifty-sixth section of the Code
of Public General Laws relating to licenses, so as to make ex-
posing for sale sufficient proof of sale without license.

No. 19. An act to change the name of the Opossum Hill
School House in Caroline county, to the Concord School House,
and granting the Trustees the privilege of moving the School
House at Opossum Hill to, or near Concord Meeting House,
or if deemed better by said Trustees to sell said School House
and lot, and build one at or near said meeting house.

No, 20. An act to change the name of Robert William
Bowie to William Truman Stoddert.
