TITLES OF THE LAWS.
No. 1. An act to repeal section one hundred and eighteen
of article eleven of the Code of Public Local Laws relating to
Frederick county, and to re-enact the same with amendments.
No. 2. An act to provide for the transcribing one of the
record books in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Howard county.
No. 3. An act to continue in force the second section of ar-
ticle twelve of the Code of Public General Laws relating to
Banks.
No. 4. An act granting the assent of the Legislature to a
bequest of a legacy made in the last will and testament of Ja-
cob Landis, late of Carroll county, deceased, to the Congrega-
tion of the Church of the Assension, in Westminster, Carroll
county, Maryland, and to the Vestry Building Committee or
members of the new Episcopal church or chapel recently built
in Uniontown in Carroll county.
No. 5. An act to provide for the taking of the sense of the
people upon the call of a Convention to frame a new Consti-
tution and form of government for this State; to provide for
the election of Delegates to said Convention and the assem-
bling thereof.
No. 6. An act to add certain additional sections relating to
the Superior Court of Baltimore city, and to the Court of Com-
mon Pleas in Baltimore city, to the fourth article of Public
Local Laws regulating the return of process and the taking
of judgments in said Courts.
No. 7. An act to change the name of William Luther Sto-
ver of Carroll-county, to William Luther Wiond.
