pleted within
five years.

Sec. 13. And be it enacted, That the said com-
pany shall cause the said turnpike road to be com-
pleted within five years from the date of the pas-
sage of this act; otherwise, from and after the ex-
piration of the said five years, this act of Assem-
bly shall be utterly null and void.

Repealed.

Sec. 14. And be it enacted, That all acts and
parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of
this act, or that have any relation to the making
or authorizing to be made, either by an incorpo-
rated company or otherwise, of a turnpike road on
the bed of the old Marsh road, within the limits
mentioned in this act, or conferring any grant,
easement or right of way of said old Marsh road
to any incorporated company or otherwise, be and
the same is hereby repealed.
