protests and circulars for the Comptroller, two
thousand dollars; lor the Contingent Fund of the
Library, including the expense of postage, of por-
terage and freight, of stationery for the use of the
office, of menial service and assistance, of adver-
tising and printing, and all other incidental ex-
penses, one thousand five hundred dollars; for the
augmentation fund of the Library, one thousand
dollars; for the cost of printing the Annual Re-
port of the Comptroller of the Treasury, six hun-
dred dollars; for the expense of advertising list of
Foreign Insurance Agents, two hundred dollars;
for the expense of fuel and lights for public build-
ings and grounds of the Government House, three
thousand; dollars; for the postage of the Executive
and Treasury Departments, two thousand dollars;
for the expense of distributing bound copies of
Maryland Reports to the Clerks and Registers of
Wills of this State, fifty dollars; to the Librarian,
for compensation in pursuance of resolution num-
ber twelve, of eighteen hundred and thirty-three,
seventy-five dollars; for publishing the list of offi-
cers in default to the State, two thousand dollars;
for the Contingent Fund of the Commissioner of
the Land Office, sixty dollars.

LEGISLATURE.

To the Secretary of the Senate, three hundred
dollars; to the Chief Clerk of the House of Dele-
gates, three hundred dollars; to the payment of
the stationery purchased for the Legislature, three
thousand dollars.

BALTIMORE CITY.

To the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore,
as per Article four section one hundred and twen-
ty-seven Public Local Laws, twenty thousand dol-
lars; to the Maryland Institute for the promotion
of Mechanic Arts, five hundred dollars; to the
members of the Appeal Tax Court of Baltimore
city, fifty dollars each, one hundred and fifty
dollars; to the Register of Baltimore city, three
hundred dollars; for the Maryland Penitentiary,
for so much on account of the salaries of its officers,
eight thousand dollars; for the support of the
