AN ACT to add a new section to Article twelve of
the Code of Local Laws for Harford county, en-
titled, "Schools," relating to the Harford coun-
ty Academy and to the Cokesbury or Abingdon
Academy.

Section added.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the following section, relating
to the donations to the Bel-Air and Abingdon
Academies of Harford county, be added to Article
twelve of the Code of Local Laws for Harford coun-
ty, entitled, "Schools."

Donations
withdrawn.
|
118. The donations heretofore granted by laws
or resolutions to the Harford county Academy, sit-
uated in Bel-Air, in said county, and the donations
heretofore granted to the Cokesbury or Abingdon
Academy, in said county, be and the same are
hereby withdrawn, and the same are hereby added
to the Public School Fund of said county, for the
support of the public schools thereof.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
