CHAPTER 302.
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners of Baltimore and Harford coun- ties to construct a bridge across the Little Gun- powder Falls, between Jerico and Jerusalem Mills, and to levy a sum of money therefor.	Passed Mar. 7, 1864,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the Commissioners, of Balti- more and Harford counties are hereby authorized and empowered to cause a good and substantial bridge for travel to be constructed under their di- rection across the Little Gunpowder Falls, be- tween Jerico and Jerusalem Mills; and to that end they are hereby authorized to adopt such plans and make such contracts, and to do all other acts necessary for the erection and completion of said bridge.	Bridge to be built.
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the said County Commissioners of Baltimore and Harford counties shall levy and assess upon the taxable property of their counties respectively, upon each one-half, the cost and expenses of the construction and com-	The cost to be assessed.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take effect from the date of its passage.	In force.
